We ask for a minimum of 6 guests in the group and a minmum stay of 2 nights.

The price is reduced to £120 per person from the third night onwards.

We recommend booking activities in advance to avoid disappointment. We have a range of options so suit your group, and can advise on timing for these. We can arrange travel to and from your activities for you, should you not wish to drive.

You can book lunch to take with you on your day out or to enjoy at the barn in between

activites.

We also have beer bundles to add to your stay, or upgrade your included drinks to enjoy Champagne on arrival and before dinner each evening!

We have wonderful eco-friendly toiletries for sale too!

We ask for a 50% deposit of your entire stay upon booking, with the remaining 50% due one week before your arrival date.

Additional costs such as extra lunches, fire pits etc must be paid one week before arrival.

Activities must be paid for as soon as you decide to ensure availability.

Any additional costs (bar bills, additional bottles of wine etc) must be settled just before departure.

Payments are to be made via bank transfer.

We ask for a minimum of 6 guests and a minimum stay of 2 nights. Maximum guest numbers will depend on Government advice as lockdown measures are lifted.

If you cannot stay for 2 nights, we may still be able to accomodate you but there will be a small fee.

Because you have exclusive use for your staycation, the bell tents will be set up to suit you. We have a variety of tent sizes and both single and double beds and will arrange them to fit your group.

Whilst we don't have any electricity or wifi in the tents, we do have both in the barn and you will have access to the barn for all of your stay. We have good 4G signal at Stokes Farm Staycation.
