BOOKING TERMS
Arrival and departure times
You are welcome to arrive any time from 4pm until 9pm, but hope you will be in time for dinner at 7pm. If you need access earlier in the day please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate this.
You are invited to enjoy a delicious breakfast before leaving by 12noon.
The person booking will be required for a brief health and safety talk on arrival and will be responsible for relaying to the rest of the group.
Terms & conditions
Stokes Farm Staycation reserves the right to change this website, including prices and terms and conditions, without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to the campsite, cancel bookings, or instruct people to leave the campsite for any reason (for example due to inappropriate behaviour, dangerous weather or site conditions).
Use of the Stokes Farm Staycation website constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Privacy
Your contact and personal details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. If you do not wish to receive these, please let us know. You may also opt out of receiving emails at any time by contacting us. The booking process asks for your address details and phone numbers, these are required by the Local Authority so at any time we can prove you are not residents at the camp site. It also allows us to contact you should the internet fail and if we need to contact you whilst you are travelling to the campsite. Please note that your financial details are NEVER stored, nor seen, by us.
We will not pass on or sell your details to any third parties.
Payments and deposits
If you are happy with your quote and decide to book your unique staycation with us, we require a 50% deposit to book your date. Confirmation of your stay will be sent once we have received your payment.
The balance is due one week before your arrival date.
We require a damage deposit of £50 per person which will be refunded straight after your stay, as long as everything is looked after and no damages made.
Payments are required in advance for all activities - details of these will be included in the quote.
Payments for travel, additional lunches etc are required in advance.
Any additional bar bills will be settled on the last day before leaving.
All payments must be made by bank transfer, we can only accept card payments for bar bills.
